SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think: Estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

NON HOLIDAY: 

Estimated fulfillment (2-7 days) + Estimated shipping (5-10 days)=7-20 days

HOLIDAY TIMEFRAMES: 

Estimated fulfillment (5-7 days) + Estimated shipping (10-15 days)=15-25 days

During the holiday season it is recommended you place orders at least three weeks ahead of the holiday to assure delivery prior to Christmas.  I will be glad to give you a .PDF photo of the item to give your recipient if there is a chance you do not receive by Christmas. 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DELAYED: 

If your product is delayed, contact me and I will be glad to do a search to obtain ETA on your item. Additionally, emails with tracking are sent with all orders.
